Every planter and vessel starts as raw clay on a wheel and ends up on a windowsill, patio or garden bed — durable, unglazed where it should breathe, and finished with natural materials throughout.

TerraCraft Pottery began at a single kick-wheel in a converted garage, where we still throw every pot by hand today. We work almost entirely with locally sourced clay, dug and prepared in small batches so each piece keeps the texture and warmth of where it came from.
Nothing here is mass-produced. We fire in small kiln loads, glaze with plant-based finishes, and sign the base of every pot that leaves the studio. It's slower, but it's the only way we've found to make pottery that actually lasts outdoors, season after season.

Natural Clay Sourcing
We dig and prepare our own clay from local riverbeds, testing each batch for plasticity before it ever touches a wheel.

Hand-Thrown & Kiln-Fired
Every piece is thrown by hand on a potter's wheel, then fired twice in small kiln loads to reach its full strength.

Eco-Friendly Glaze Finish
We finish with lead-free, plant-based glazes — safe for soil, safe for hands, and gentle on the people making them.
